Krishna Camp in Afterburn Overdrive October 15, 2008
Posted by admin in : General , add a commentAfter Burning Man there’s always lots of things left undone, particularly: More Partying!!!!
Here at Krishna Camp, we never miss a chance to spread the love with our wonderfully wild friends at Decompression Parties around the world.
Los Angeles Decomp!

San Francisco Decomp!

and soon to come… New York Decomp! (click for more pics)

We even have Krishna Campers going off to Burning Man-style events in Africa at Afrika Burns!

This is serious!!!
And all the amazing things that happened are due to the dedicated people coming together to create something beautiful, for Krishna’s pleasure.
In LA thanks go out to: Lord Jagannatha, Baladeva and Subhadra, Kuva, Narottama, Ratna & Party, Jiva, Lalita, Shakuntala, Atma, Jhulan Yatra, Bhakta Hugo, Sri, Laksmi, Shyama Priya, The LA Temple Kirtan Crew, and our dear friend Athena, who organized the whole event and showed us much luv!

In SF we owe a debt of gratitude to Banabata, Gauranga Kishore (who made the most awesome to-die-for carob brownies!), Ananta Govinda, Milla, Baby, Tanya, our ecstatic crew from Stanford U! and our Savior Goddess Bhakti Lata Bija - aka Veleda-ji who graciously hosted us as part of Sacred Spaces, now a continuing tradition

We also have to thank these ladies who danced with us for hours!
To take part in any upcoming events please use our contact form to let us know you’re interested and we’ll hook you up!
Also part of our US Decomp efforts were to spread the word about a huge kitchen we’re setting up for BM 2009: Evolution
We’re going to feed 500 people the most opulent vegan feast every day for the entire 6 day event, so sign up now at VedaVillage.org!

Our kitchen plans consist of a two-part mobile sea-freight container kitchen, being designed for rapid deployment for disaster relief efforts, as well as massive event catering.
To get involved, hit the contact button on our site.
That’s all for now, lovely people, we hope to see you singing and dancing through the streets in a city near you, sometime very very soon!
Much Love!
Hare Krishna!
