On Saturday we had a full crew of about 50 devotees attend the New York Regional Burning Man Festival at the Queens Museum of Art. Kuva, Caitanya Nitai, Soma and I set up a camp with stage, tent, yajna kunda, etc. Gauravani, Ananta, Bali, Kish, Vis and extendid Kirtan Crew kept our camp rocking deep into the night. Caitanya Bhagavan and Visvambar did an amazing fire yajna right underneath the Globe from the World’s Fair( and after Kalindi, Bali, and Kish did a Mrdanga performance that kept the crowd in awe. After that Gaura led an amazing Harinama through the 2500 person crowd and all the “Burners” danced along and reciprocated in wonderful ways.

The crowd and devotees loved our Hot Gulab Jamun’s, Kichari, and Hot Tea. (Finally Krishna fufilled my desire to pass out gulab jamuns at such events!)

We are featured on the Burncast Radio Show #64 from New York ( http://burncast.net/Welcome.html) Great Kirtan Clip at the end! It starts at about 16:00.

Hey everybody!

It was great to see so many of our buddies, new and old at Burning Man in Black Rock City, and now we really miss ‘em!

So if you’re in the New York area, come down to the NY Decompression party for a happy family reunion!

We’ll be attending with a talented crew, setting up our chill tent spaces, hosting sacred fire ceremonies, serving sanctified veggie food, and having amazing kirtans with As Kindred Spirits!

Contact us if you want to participate in our camp: 347-409-3897 or email
