Posted by admin in : Video, Media , trackback

The kitchen is the center of activity for all the main camps at the National Rainbow Gathering. Hare Krishna devotees work from sunrise preparing many varieties of food for thousands of hungry hippies. All are fed delicious vegetarian food that was cooked with love and offered to God. In Hare Krishna culture there are six basic loving exchanges. Giving and receiving prasadam(spiritual food) are considered very basic and primary to the development of loving relationships. A wise yogi once said that the way to a person’s heart is through the stomach. At Krishna Camp we win over many visitor’s hearts through warm hospitality, friendship, and delicious prasadam.
