- 2 cups sprouted peas
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 cup pignoli (pine) nuts
- 1/2 cup parsley
- Braggs to taste
METHOD
Process peas and carrot until finely minced using s blade. Set aside.Process remaining ingredients. Combine all, add braggs and form into patties.
